Nice travel partner
Just done my first trip with the bag. I find it easy to pack and organise. When carrying my large bag on my back to drop off at the airport I carried my cabin zero with the side handle. It was way better than my earlier backpacks. On the plane I stored it underneath the seat in front of me. I had no problem getting it under and from the top inner pocket I could easily reach my headphones etc. So far I’m satisfied

Should have done my homework
Sadly I was expecting a lot more than I received. I purchased based on reviews, convenience and need. Sadly I was underwhelmed when the bag came through. For me personally, there appeared to be a lack of accessible separate storage pockets and access overall appeared very faffy. Sent back for a refund, at a postage cost of £6 to me. Ordered a specific travel backpack instead from another retailer that fits the bill for me better which I'm very happy with.
